•     Female, 30-35 years old
•     Minimum Bachelor degree in Textile
•     Minimum 3 years experience with the same position in the textile industry
•     Good understanding of Merchandising Flow (sample development & production follow up)
•     Working knowledge of costing, negotiation, market trends, product development & safety, key materials, vendor network, production plan/process, QA/compliance, shipping and trading practices
•     Able to communicate independently with buyers
•     Have solid commercial sales experience
•     Computer literate
•     Good Knowledge of generally accepted Sales principles
•     Proactive team worker and team leader with good negotiation skills
•     Strong management skills & aggressive
•     Detail oriented
•     Fluent in English both written and spoken
•     Strong competence in interpersonal and communication skills, include customer focus, and in meeting Quality and Timeliness standards required for the job
•     Good in planning and organizing, making firm decision, perform individually or in team work
